Legal Assistance for Victims Program

Where can I find legal assistance to get out of this abusive relationship?

If you are in need of help, Indianhead Community Action Agency's Legal Assistance for Victims Program may be your answer.

The Legal Assistance for Victims Program provides legal representation for the following:

  • Divorce/Separation
  • Child Custody & Placement
  • Child Support
  • Unemployment Compensation
  • Immigration Issues
  • Access to Fair and Affordable Housing
  • Other Areas That Will Ensure Safety and Independence of Victims

In addition to free legal services, our attorneys can direct you to other agencies and social services providers in your county that will give you housing options, utility assistance, food, and other services. You do have choices and through our Legal Assistance for Victims Program, we will make you aware of what your choices are.

Every call is confidential and answered by one of our attorneys providing legal assistance through the program. They can provide you with information about our program and what is required to access free legal services.
