Where can I find legal assistance to get out of this abusive relationship?
If you are in need of help, Indianhead Community Action Agency's Legal Assistance for Victims Program may be your answer.
In addition to free legal services, our attorneys can direct you to other agencies and social services providers in your county that will give you housing options, utility assistance, food, and other services. You do have choices and through our Legal Assistance for Victims Program, we will make you aware of what your choices are.
Every call is confidential and answered by one of our attorneys providing legal assistance through the program. They can provide you with information about our program and what is required to access free legal services.
If you answered yes to even one of the questions above, you may qualify for free legal services though Indianhead Community Action Agency's Legal Assistance for Victims Program.
Serving Barron, Burnett, Polk, Price, Rusk, and Washburn counties and taking referrals from Clark, Sawyer, and Taylor counties.
Indianhead Community Action Agency's Legal Assistance for Victims Program is funded in part through a federal grant with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women, the Otto Bremer Foundation and through other foundations and donors.
