Through these two programs we provide Home Health Care and personal care services to persons in their homes on a fee for service basis.

We are certified by Medicare & Medical Assistance and licensed by the State of Wisconsin to provide these services.

  • Elderly persons wanting help in their homes to remain independent.
  • Caregivers who need relief from daily cares.

INDIANHEAD HOME HEALTH CARE AGENCY

HOME HEALTH CARE
This program provides Skilled Nursing and Home Health Aide Services as ordered by your doctor.

WHAT SERVICES ARE OFFERED?
Skilled Nursing Visits to provide nursing care, teaching, and monitoring of medical conditions.
Home Health Aide Visits to give personal care such as bathing and other activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

WHO PAYS FOR SERVICES?

For persons who meet eligibility requirements this care is covered by:

  • Medicare
  • Medical Assistance
  • Private Insurance
  • Private Pay arrangements can also be made.

WHAT IS SUPPORTIVE HOME CARE?

  • Care designed to assist persons living in their own homes.
  • Rest periods for other caregivers.
  • Short term services to people recovering from an illness or surgery

WHAT IS PROVIDED?

  • Bathing & other personal care
  • Assistance with daily living activities
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Grocery shopping
  • Limited transportation
  • Socialization

WHO PAYS FOR SERVICES?
For persons who are eligible:

  • County Social Services Long Term Support programs
  • Medical Assistance
  • Other special programs
  • Private Pay
